White chocolate cheesecake and strawberry
200 grams of biscuits (the kind that we like)
80 g of melted butter.
White chocolate layer:
150 g of white chocolate.
1/2 liter of milk.
1 envelope of curd.
1 sachet of strawberry gelatin.
300 ml of water.
100 grams of sugar.
1 pot cream cheese (250 gr)
250 ml of milk
white chocolate balls, strawberries….
Crush cookies and mix with butter.
Cast this mixture into a springform pan, previously cover the base with greaseproof paper. Crush well, to cover the entire mold. We put the pan in the freezer or in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
We put in a pan on the oven with the tarred apart chocolate and the milk. Mix until chocolate melts. Then we add the curd and continue mixing until all well blended.
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base carefully and let cool in the refrigerator until set, about 15 minutes.
We start preparing strawberry layer heating up 150 ml of water. When hot, add the jelly sachet and the remaining 150 ml of water. Mix well.
Add cream cheese, milk and sugar and beat everything. Take the cake with the white chocolate layer we had in the fridge, and with a fork make notches on the surface to grip the second layer.
Pour over strawberry layer very carefully, it is convenient to do so on a bucket that does not fall directly and can break the white layer. Let cool in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Before serving, garnish with white chocolate balls and sliced fresh strawberries.
It is very colorful, rich and easy to prepare.
